Company administrators can create and send a survey from HRIS > Surveys. 




To create a survey:


1.    Click Actions.

2.    Choose Create Survey.



3.    Enter a survey NAME.

4.    To duplicate questions from a previous survey, click down arrow next to DUPLICATE TEMPLATE.

5.    Choose survey.

6.    Click Add Survey.


Once Survey is added, complete the following:


Add Questions

Choose Your Audience

Finalize & Send


To delete a Survey:


1.    Select survey from list in HRIS > Surveys.

2.    Click Delete Survey
