To assist an employee who is unable to login, either Send Login or if the employee does not have an email address, complete the following: 

From Employee Profile > Login:

1.    Enter a USERNAME.

2.    Click Actions > Reset Password

3.    Click Reset Password to confirm.

4.    Copy the password.

5.    Communicate the username and password to the employee.

  • This password does not expire. 
  • Once the employee logs in they will be asked to update their password to an 8-character password with at least one uppercase, one lowercase and one number or symbol.
