New Employee Enrollment Lock

After a new employee has enrolled in benefits, it would be helpful to have an admin setting to put an automatic lock on the employee's account.

This way, if an employee logs in multiple times and submits multiple enrollments, the HR admin would have to unlock their portal. Particularly for groups where forms are being sent to the carriers, this would enable us to communicate to the carrier that a prior enrollment form was sent, and to disregard that form, giving the most recentĀ form priority.
