Offer Letters 

Employers can now create and send personalized offer letters for new applicants.

Add an individual with an Applicant status in EaseCentral, and create an offer letter using EaseCentral’s custom documents feature within the Onboarding module. Employment information like hire date and compensation will automatically display in the offer letter. Employers can also choose to show benefit options to applicants before they sign.

The offer letter will be generated with a unique URL, which can be sent through EaseCentral or outside the system. After the offer letter is electronically signed, applicants can begin the onboarding process if that option was chosen by the employer.

Plan Type Sorting

Added by popular demand, agencies can now control the order in which plan types display to employees as they complete their enrollments in EaseCentral. Using the Plan Type Order feature on the Customize > Fields page, agencies can click and drag the plan types in the preferred order of appearance.
