Enrollment Changes Report Improvements
The Enrollment Changes report, accessible on the Company > Benefits > Reports page, now includes a second tab in the generated XLS report that displays additional demographic details for each employee and dependent. The supplemental data allows brokers and employers to use this report to more easily notify carriers of enrollment changes with all required information. The Enrollment Changes report still includes the summary Changes tab highlighting the basic enrollment changes. We have also added any employee or employer cost changes that need to be accounted for in payroll on the summary Changes tab.
General Agency Rate Library Requests
You will now find the option to request access to General Agency Rate Libraries in EaseCentral on the broker portal on the Profile > Libraries > Partners page. Previously, broker employees would request access to the GA libraries in the broker portal on the Profile > Organization > General Agents page.
