It would be so much easier if we could select a benefit plan and then select which employees are enrolled under this benefit. Downloading an updated census is extremely time consuming and tedious.
It would also be nice if we could view an enrollment snapshot without downloading a report.
I like the idea of being able to view an enrollment snapshot of the plan. A quick list-view is useful, but also some quick graphical displays, such as percentage of employees enrolled, total employer cost, total employee cost, etc.
These are great feature requests and our engineering team is working on more visual ways to present enrollment data. I'm sure you've seen this but just in case, we do have a Plan Premium report in Available reports that can be generated for specific employers or your book of business that identifies which carriers and plans your clients are using as well as participation rates, and total costs broken down by employee and employer premium as well.
This is still in report format but will give you more insight into carrier and plan usage as a whole or by employer.
