Document Signatures

I realize every company has different documents that they use and that formatting a document to show the signature might be difficult. However is there a way to place the name of the company on the top right corner of the document and include the portal signature at the bottom of the document similar to what is done with the COBRA Notification? I am getting push back from our attorneys that simply having record of the signature is not strong enough when going into employment hearings or for lawsuits.
