EaseCentral New Look and Feel

On June 18, 2016, we are rolling out our new “look and feel” to almost every page in EaseCentral. We launched updates to the Broker, Company Administrator, and Employee portals. The changes will improve the overall experience, making it easier to navigate the site, access and update data, as well as manage enrollments in the system.


The changes will be intuitive and you will be able to complete your normal processes in EaseCentral as usual. Changes include:

  • The Employee onboarding and enrollment experience has now been separated. Employees do not have to make their benefit elections at the same time they complete onboarding requirements
  • New employees, plans, documents, and organization types will now be added using the convenient Actions menu on the corresponding pages
  • Administrative Access will be found on the Company > Profile page
  • The Plans page has been renamed Benefits
  • Branding will be located in the Customize section
  • Plan reports are now found under the Reports button and other benefit tools like Enrollment Progress, Open and Lock Enrollment Dates, and Compensation Statements can be accessed at the top of the Benefits page
