Many employers are not compliant with HIPAA/ERISA.
1. Self Service: employer creates all o their own notices/documents. It would be good to form an alliance with an online printing/mailing company. Events that trigger a notice requirement would automatically trigger a request be sent to the printer. Plus employee requests could be sent to the printer (maybe an employer notification for approval would be good for these non-automatic requests).
2. Vendor Service: employers who want to use a vendor for these serves should be able to include this as a service EC could provide. Simply create a similar feed to that vendor like you currently do for payroll.
