EaseCentral Updates: Custom Reporting, Plan Libraries, Marketplace, and Billing Tab

Custom Reporting


Now, agency employees and Company Administrators have the ability to create custom reports in EaseCentral and save these reports as templates for ongoing use. In the Reports page, select Custom Reporting > Add Report. After providing a detailed name for the report, agency employees or Company Administrators can select any of the available fields from the EaseCentral system and designate the order in which these fields will display on the report. Once the Custom report is built in the broker portal, it will be shared and accessible to all agency employees in a Company > Plans > Tasks page. Once a Company Administrator builds a custom report, it will be shared and accessible to all Company Administrators in their employer portal in the Company > Plans > Tasks page. There the reports can be generated for any specific plan or combination of plans.

Plan Libraries


Plan Libraries or templates can be created in EaseCentral to allow agency employees to quickly and easily add a group of plans to multiple company portals. This will allow agencies to complete the plan setup process for commonly used plans within minutes, making it even easier to deploy EaseCentral portals to employer groups. This feature will streamline the process for adding plans commonly offered by an agency's employer groups, e.g. local carriers, CaliforniaChoice, or CoPower package products.

Employers will soon see the option to turn on HR On-Demand in their Company > Marketplace page. In addition to enabling ACA reporting, Company Administrators can enable and pay for HRAnswerLink’s resource portal and HR On-Demand access to HR professionals. The HR On-Demand subscription is available to employers through their Marketplace page. Enabling this feature activates the HRAnswerLink resource portal as well as the HR On-Demand service which includes unlimited concierge assistance by phone or chat, the HRProMobile app, custom handbooks, and custom employer documents. The employer cost for the HRAnswerLink and HR On-Demand package when enabled by Company Administrators is $29 per month.


Brokers who enable and pay for the HR On-Demand add-on service have a discounted cost of $19 per month per employer. This is in addition to the HRAnswerLink resource portal agency cost of $149 per month for up to 100 employers, then $1.99 per employer thereafter monthly.


Billing Tab


EaseCentral billing information is now accessible in agency and employer Marketplace pages. Agencies and Company Administrators will see billing details about subscriptions and previous invoices as well as a preview of upcoming invoices. Agency subscriptions will include the core EaseCentral and onboarding subscriptions. Employer Marketplace subscriptions will include features like HRAnswerLink resource portal access and HRAnswerLink On-Demand if enabled by the employer, and MDLive and Identify Theft Assist if enabled by the agency. Invoice details may also display charges for ACA reporting.
