During a large group client meeting today I asked if there were any features they would like to see on EaseCentral.
1. Ability to run a payroll deduction report that was simpler. Example we offer multiple medial and dental plans. Why can't there be one set of columns per type of coverage? There is a separate set of columns for each medical plan we offer now and it takes too much time to simplify it.
2. It would be nice to run a consolidated bill with an effective date range. That way they could just have the amounts for new employees.
3. A way to run a report for new hires who have not finished their enrollment yet. I tried to explain how this could be done using the existing enrollment progress tool but I had to agree it was not ideal and required manipulation of the report.
