There are some situations where brokers, client administrators and employees are not able to log into the site. We are aware of this issue and working on it with the highest priority. A majority of brokers, client administrators and employees are able to log in at this time, but there are some unique circumstances we are addressing.
If you are unable to log in, please anticipate an email confirmation letting you know when the issue is resolved. You can also submit a ticket to our help desk. We will respond to the ticket when we have a resolution.
If you left a phone message with us about not being able to log in, we are working on the issue. We may not be able to call you back if you are experiencing a login issue.
When you receive the email letting you know the issue has been resolved, please attempt to log in and set your password at that time.
