Is there a way that we can suppress certain questions in the other coverage section? for example the employee needs to provide their previous coverage policy number and effective date? Can these specific items be suppressed while still asking if they have previous coverage?
Good idea, Katie. It was reported to me recently by a new hire that although the employer only offers medical and FSA, the "previous coverage" questions for the new hire requested specifics for prior dental and vision coverage.
An update to the feature would allow specific questions to be included/suppressed as Katie suggested, and also larger categories (e.g., an employer/carrier may only need to know if the individual has had prior dental coverage for at least 12 months).
